Prince Marshall Collection Of London Bus Photos

Prince Marshall was an enthusiastic writer and collector of historic commercial vehicles. His photograph collection shows buses in a variety of locations, primarily in and around London.

A wide variety of contexts are represented including urban and rural street scenes, depots, stations and factories. Images relate to a range of bonnet numbers that were used to distinguish buses in operation. The prints were roughly collated in bonnet number order by Marshall and pasted onto sheets.
